Refund and Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Get Expert Help Desk’s Refund Policy. For subscription-based plans, a full refund will be issued if Get Expert Help Desk has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 30 days of the subscription. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this, Get Expert Help Desk, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, may agree to a refund of Subscription fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer.
For Incident-Based Plans
You will be eligible for a refund when any of the following conditions are met:
You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem
The issue was not resolved until the time the account was active
30 days have not passed since the issue was last worked upon by a Get Expert Help Desk technician
Service Plans
You may order Services by submitting Plan Orders through the Get Expert Help Desk website or by calling Get Expert Help Desk. Once Get Expert Help Desk accepts your submitted Plan Order, you will receive an email confirmation at the address you provided during registration. Get Expert Help Desk is not responsible for rendering services for any Plan Order it has not accepted. Upon acceptance, you will officially have a Service Plan.
Undertaking
Subject to the Terms and Conditions and any service-specific terms, Get Expert Help Desk will use commercially reasonable efforts to resolve your queries. This may include support through chat, email, or remote access—whichever is deemed most appropriate. Remote sessions will not leave residual software, although a text log may be saved on your system, which you may keep or delete.
You agree to pay all Service Fees and any other applicable fees as specified in your Plan Order, subject to the Payment Terms below.
Payment
Services under any Plan Order will begin only after successful payment. Get Expert Help Desk has no obligation to render services if payment has not been received.
Some Service Plans may include a Service Fee and/or Activation Fee, payable annually (“Annual Payment Plan”) or monthly (“Recurring Payment Plan”). All payments under an Annual Plan must be made upfront.
For Recurring Payment Plans, an additional non-refundable Activation Fee may be required during registration. This fee, including the Activation Fee, will not be refunded in case of cancellation unless specified otherwise in the Plan Order.
All fees are due at the start of the Service Plan. When purchasing a service, you agree to a set price and duration—typically one, two, or three years (“Term Plan”). Some plans may include bundled discounts. You must maintain all bundled services for the full term. Special pricing will remain in effect until:
The Term Plan expires
You cancel or remove a bundled service
You terminate the Service Plan early
Credit Card Billing
You may be required to provide a valid credit card to activate service. You authorize Get Expert Help Desk to charge your card for any outstanding payments. You also authorize affiliated billing agents to attempt further charges until all dues are settled.
You are responsible for updating your payment method. Get Expert Help Desk is not liable for overdraft fees or non-sufficient funds resulting from payment attempts.
Third-Party Agreements
Get Expert Help Desk may recommend third-party products or services. Use of such services is governed by their terms. You agree that any dealings with third parties are at your own risk, and Get Expert Help Desk is not responsible for their delivery, support, or compliance. Violations of third-party terms may result in termination of your Get Expert Help Desk account.
Limited-Service Warranty
GET EXPERT HELP DESK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If you are not satisfied, your sole remedy is:
(a) To allow Get Expert Help Desk to re-perform the services, or
(b) To re-download or reinstall software, if applicable.
Some service plans include a 7-day limited warranty, provided the stated conditions are met.
All services and software are provided “as is.” In no event shall Get Expert Help Desk or its suppliers be liable for any indirect damages, including data loss or business interruption.
Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Get Expert Help Desk’s liability exceed the amount you actually paid under the disputed Plan Order.
Limitations on Actions
All claims or actions must be filed within 3 months of the event or be permanently barred.
Term and Termination
Get Expert Help Desk may suspend or terminate your service immediately if:
You violate the Terms and Conditions
Your usage is illegal or disruptive
There is a court order
The service is discontinued
You are no longer an active customer
Abuse or fraudulent use of service is detected
Service renewal may be denied at the company’s discretion.
Severability and Waiver
If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the policy will still be valid. Failure to enforce any part of this agreement does not waive the right to enforce it later.
No Offer
The Get Expert Help Desk website may refer to services that are unavailable in some regions. These references do not imply availability in your jurisdiction.
Modification
Get Expert Help Desk reserves the right to modify its Terms, Policies, or Pricing at any time by posting updates on its website or notifying registered users by email. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
